Godaddy IMAP and 3rd party apps Outlook and Android

I have a godaddy domain.My Zoho mail works perfectly with the online platform including migration, but I'm unable to use any 3rd party programs such as Outlook or my Android phone mail. Both worked with IMAP before I switched over. It says "invalid credentials." I have followed the instructions faithfully. Outlook won't accept my user name and password.  

Please help!
