GoDaddy Mail - Unable to Connect

I'm receiving the message below. My mail is through GoDaddy. I've noticed that you've had this problem with GoDaddy mail over the years.

Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.secureserver.net Reason:connect timed out.
