Good news! Zoho Recruit is now integrated with Zoho Workerly

We're thrilled to announce that Zoho Recruit is now integrated with Zoho Workerly, marking a major milestone in both products. Zoho Workerly has been around for 10 months now, and we've been working constantly to ensure our customers get what they need for efficient temp scheduling. We couldn't be more happy with the amazing response we've received in such a short span of time.

Connecting the dots with Recruit and Workerly

Predominantly, corporate recruitment and staffing agencies have had a huge requirement for a hiring software that was always in sync with the changing times. Throwback to 2009, applicants aspired for job safety and security, but fast-forward to 2019, contingent recruitment has gained popularity and how. This was when we realized the need to craft a solution that was both flexible and reliable. Hence Zoho Workerly, one of the youngest Zoho products came into inception.

But, what if you're traditionally Zoho Recruit users? We wanted to ensure that this integration enables recruiters to handle multiple use cases with ease. If your nature of recruitment is primarily temporary jobs, this integration will enable you to screen and hire candidates via Zoho Recruit, convert them into temps, push them to Workerly and monitor their employee life cycles.

Prerequisites and how integration works

To initiate this integration, log in to Zoho Recruit with administrative privileges and enable the Zoho Workerly integration in Setup > Extensions & APIs > Zoho > Zoho Workerly.

Availability: The feature is available for all paid editions of Zoho Recruit. Please note that users should have admin access for both Zoho Recruit and Zoho Workerly.

Field mapping: As soon as you enable the integration, your Zoho Recruit fields will be auto-mapped with Zoho Workerly. If you use custom fields, you will have to manually map those with the respective Zoho Workerly fields.

Convert as temp: Upon enabling integration, the "Convert as temp" option will be available in the Candidate record page. Converted candidate records will be now available as temp records in Zoho Workerly.
