It’s time again to say goodbye to yet another wonderful year, and eagerly wait for the next! It’s also time to walk down the memory lane and recall the things we accomplished in 2013 and our resolutions for 2014.

We started the year with the release of Document Library , and then moved on to give you some new and interesting features in our mobile app - Mail Magnet for Mobile, Business Card Scanner App and the Leads App.

If 2012, got us in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant of Sales Force Automation (SFA), in 2013 we found our way in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).

User Conference, Meet Ups, Roadshows - You name it, we conducted it
This year we promised ourselves that we would directly interact with our customers all over the map. During the month of April, we conducted Zoholics 2013, Zoho’s annual user conference in San Francisco.

After an extremely successful Zoholics, we felt it was time to share the experience with our European user base as well. So in October, we sponsored the Europe “Road Trip” with our consulting partners and global reseller network.

We continued our mission of taking our work ‘’offline’’ and on the road, by conducting a series of Meet Ups and Roadshows in USA.

Our excitement and enthusiasm continues! Our 2014 agenda is packed with more interesting and useful features and enhancements. We’ve also scheduled a line of events – User Conference, Meet Ups and Roadshows - for the upcoming year! So don’t be surprised if you find us in your city.
