Hello Dear All,

we are doing internal needs on Zoho CRM we created a module for that.

For example on office we need 2 packet milk or Apple Iphone 6 for something.

After that its going to blueprint and managers or authorized persons. then checking stock if this needs in stock going to tasks to assitant to get from our storage, if its not in storage strating procurment request. 

so i want keep them as a invenotry, for example we need assign to a phone to employee then when employee left from company or doesnt need that phone we should take back from him and status need change to available so stock will increase. or our request about 2 packet milk if its approved we should decrease from inventory.

So could you please give me ideas how can i do it on Zoho CRM?
