Googe sync deleted all my zoho contacts - HELP!!!

I have used a 1-Way sync for years - Zoho CRM Contacts to Google Contacts. It appeared, however, that when a zoho contact was reassigned or deleted that they stayed in Google, ballooning my Google contact list.

Yesterday, therefore, I changed the sync to 2 Way Sync, where Zoho CRM contact will overwrite the Google contact.

In preparation for the sync, I deleted all the contacts in Google.

When the sync happened this morning, 3 new contacts I had added yesterday appeared in Google. Every other of my 306 contact were DELETED from Zoho. These are my most important leads and customers. Not only that, but all my sales activities were then DELETED from Zoho as well, and of course I no longer have any contacts associated with my customer accounts, opportunities, etc.

Honestly, my entire sales engine is now totally crippled. I have no idea what my activities are, no way to get in touch with my customers, and no way to proceed with my opportunities.

I REALLY need some help to recover the data that Zoho deleted.

Any help out there?
