Google Ads Data is Publicly available in Zoho CRM
We recently discovered that ALL of the following Google Ads fields are visible to all users in our CRM that have access to either Leads or Contacts modules. Not only is this troubling and inconvenient, it should be unacceptable. It also creates a mess of fields/data that are completely irrelevant to 99% of our users.
Zoho CRM provides NO means for hiding this information from specific roles/security profiles. If a user can see your Leads OR Contacts, they have access to all of this information.

Moderation Update (8th May 2025):
When the Google AdWords permission is turned off via Profiles, it will hide only the module and not the fields. However, revoking the permission for the Profile from the Google AdWords configuration page will hide the module and fields.
I want to inform you that our team is working to unify the behaviour of the two different permissions. I'll update the post when this is addressed.
