Google Ads - Zoho Analytics Integration API Update

Dear Customers,

As Google suggested to upgrade the AdWords service API to the latest Ads API, on 22 April 2022, we have upgraded the APIs used in the Google Ads integration framework in Zoho Analytics.

As a part of this upgrade, the following changes are applicable in the Zoho Analytics - Google Ads integration:

In Account Performance, Campaign Performance, Ad Group Performance, Final URL Performance, Keywords Performance and Ad Performance modules, following fields/columns are no longer supported:

1. Avg. Position

2. Network (with search partners)

In Geo Performance module, following fields/columns are no longer supported:

1. Avg. Position

2. Network (with search partners)

3. Ad type

4. Is Targetable

To avoid any impact on dependant views, we hadn't delete these fields/columns in Zoho Analytics tables. However, data will not be updated.

With multiple levels of QA process, we have tested the new APIs in the integration framework before upgrading to the production environment. Also, we are closely monitoring all the integration user accounts.
