Google Analytics Conversion Tracking - Zoho Forms

Hi,

I am tracking my conversions in Google Analytics base in page visits:  /thanks-you My problem is that with zoho forms redirecting to thanks you page, the conversion tracking lost all the information of source and adwords tracking.

Help please!
