Hi there,

I deployed Zoho CRM for one domain (company1.com.ar) and registered the three free users.
We never used the application because we later switched to anohter Google Apps domain (companyB.com)

When I tried to register me for Zoho CRM under my new profile, Zoho says my username is already taken (John.Locke@companyB.com). I realize my previous Zoho CRM profile (John.Locke@company1.com.ar) is still operational, so I go and close that account.

Now I want to register my user for my Zoho CRM under my new account/domain (John.Locke@companyB.com) and it STILL says that username is taken.

It is vital that I use firstname.lastname as my user login, why does Zoho keep telling me I can't even though I deleted my old account ?
