Google Apps menu from Zoho CRM will not show

Google Apps menu from Zoho CRM will not show

I have linked my Google apps account with Zoho, however, from the Zoho menu, "setup/apps & add-ons/google apps" all I get is a "loading" notification.  I can not select any option from the menu, as there is none.   What is the issue or solution?
