As I understand it Google Apps lets you add/verify multiple domains to one instance of G-Apps. Will this cause any issues with adding an existing CRM account to G-Apps from the marketplace that has CRM users with email addresses in both domains?

e.g. current CRM set up includes users from A_Domain.com and also from B_Domain.com

If they set up Google Apps so their primary domain is A_Domain, but also have the B_Domain added and then add CRM from the Marketplace will this affect the existing CRM accounts in any way. (Email is not being used in CRM at this point).

I have a customer who is transitioning and wondered if there were any issues with this setup before they go ahead and pull the trigger...
