my zoho personal settings have my time zone, EST.  My zoho company details also have my correct time zone EST.  My google account is also configured for EST, in both my "google workspaces" admin portal, and in my google calendar settings.

My events show up at the correct time in google calendar, but when i click edit they show up at the wrong time, because they're being entered at GMT time zone.  So then if someone goes to edit the even in google calendar, because that's what 2 way sync is for, they inevitably muck it up because the time zone is  wrong, and then the even shows up 5 hours later than intended.
