We are a law firm and we use the "Cases" tab to organize our cases. Within that tab, we add Activities to the calendar. When I add a new activity, everything syncs to the zoho calendar and then to the google calendar that it synced to it. However, if I edit the date of an event, it won't move it on my google calendar.
I spent a long time on the phone with zoho, and they eventually couldn't figure it out and told me to contact google because there was an error in google's back end. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with google.
Has anyone had this problem? And anyone figured a work around?
Also, the customer service stinks.
