Google Calendar sync is only one-way?!

So the Synchronization in Google Calendar sync is only one-way. Argh!  Not as useful as it could/should be -- in fact for me, and I suspect many others, having only one-way sync makes it useless.

Here are ways that the synchronization would be much more useful to users:

- True synchronization: two-way synchronization.

- Selection of which Google calendar and which Zoho calendar to synchronize with one another.

- Parameters regarding sync schedule.

This deficiency for sync with Google (no Contacts sync, no true Calendar sync), combined with my frustration in getting a consistent sync with Outlook for contacts, calendar, and tasks (the Outlook deficiency is MUCH more important) makes Zoho much less useful than I had originally hoped.  I imagine that I am not alone.

I like so much about the eMail side of Zoho; however, this synchronization issue keeps me from doing a major migration of my users, and keeps me from strongly recommending it to friends and associates.
