Apologies if this is a duplicate question.
My company is beginning the transition from Google to Zoho. When syncing our contacts, we run into one major issue:
The address from Google contacts won't show up in Zoho no matter how we map the fields. I mean, the address fields are TOTALLY blank, even when we create custom fields in Google with the specific names line-by-line (street address, etc).
We obviously need the addresses... does anyone have any idea?! Thanks very much!
