Google Contacts Sync, Account Name Shows up as a Number

When syncing Zoho Contacts with Google Contacts (one way, Zoho to Google), the Account Name in Google ("Company Name") transfers as a long string of numbers. For example, "32912000005628019" insstead of the actual company (Account Name).  

How is this fixed?
