This is not a good start. I upgraded my Free trial account (which I was testing) to Professional today for the sole purpose of syncing CRM with Google Apps, and it doesn't seem to want to work.
I go to Configure Sync Settings, fill out the data, hit Save, and it does nothing. I'm wondering if the page is even loading
properly, because the 'Custom Views in Zoho CRM' and 'Groups in Google Contacts' drop downs are empty.
I would have also thought that the Field Mapping would be filled out as best possible as a starting point.
Anyone know what's going on?
