Google contacts sync gone crazy

Hi,

We recently set up the Google contacts sync, to sync the contacts that we have in Zoho to the three accounts that we have linked to Zoho.

It was working fine to start with, but it has gone a little crazy.  We have ended up with 17000 contacts in Zoho, with some contacts having up to 50 duplicates.

I dont want to delete all contacts and re-import, and I can only merge 3 contacts at a time (which would mean it takes a VERY long time to sort out).

What is the best way to proceed with this?

I want a single contact record per contact that I have, and I want each of those to "appear" in my google contacts.
