Currently, the integration with Google Maps does not work if you have created "custom fields" within this address section.  I would expect the majority of customers would want these fields customized, especially if they are not residing in USA, and they do not use "state" or "zip code", ect.

The Google Map option should be included in the "Map Dependency" section, so that if we create any custom fields, we could easily map these fields to the appropriate field which Google Maps will be recognizing.

I'm not sure how many requests you have for this, however, I would suspect many customers decide not to bother following up.  Zoho should acknowledge the importance of having a map feature like Google Maps, integrated into a CRM system.  Furthermore, this feature should be enhanced even further (potentially display maps within crm interface), especially considering the latest developments for Google Map API's.  

What is happening with development at Zoho CRM?

My last question is this.... do you have someone in house that is dedicated to "user experience"?  Zoho CRM should not rely on just your community to tell you what needs fixing and feature requests.  Furthermore, you should have someone dedicated in house, who understands the sales process, and is constantly looking for new ways that the user experience can be improved.

Do you really have enough personal dedicated to Zoho CRM development?  It is suppose to be your top revenue leading product, however, development of this product has slowed to a snails pace over the last 12 months.
