Google Maps/MS Live Maps integration

I am in real estate, and my products are properties. I think it's fantastic that you can click on a button in somebody's address and have that location show up in Google Maps...however, I need to add that ability to my products page. (For our business we use MS Live Maps for the birds eye view and Google Maps for the street view)

How can I do this? Do I do it with an API? I don't even know how to use an API I have just been reading a lot about them on the forums.
