Google or Microsoft for Recruit Integration

Google or Microsoft for Recruit Integration

Hi, 

I have been a Zoho Recruit user for about 5 years. 

I have, to now been using, Google Calendar to display my todo's from Recruit. My mail is IMAP and this does not function at all with Recruit. Which is poor. 

My email is hosted separately by an external party. 

My documents are stored on Dropbox

I need to streamline the process and use "one system", can anyone recommend if the integration Microsoft 365 with Recruit works well to include Exchange Mail, Calendar, One Drive etc or have you had any issues. 

OR 

Would Google be a better platform to pick. 

I am not sure what to choose and would appreciate some advice from others that are using either solution.
