Scheduling events, managing the guest list, and importing and exporting relevant data can make the event-planning process chaotic if you don't have a proper system in place. That is exactly why we have created a new integration between Zoho Forms and Google/Outlook Calendar.
Say your company is hosting a workshop or webinar and you want to automate the process of scheduling the event and inviting guests. Simply create a form with the details of your attendees and integrate it with your Google/Outlook Calendar. The integration will automatically transform your form entries into events on your Google/Outlook Calendar, and associate guests with your calendar events.
What's more, you can add extra details, including the location and description of the event.
Let's see how the integration can be set up
- Choose Calendars from the list of integrations under the Integration tab. Zoho Forms gives you the option to integrate with either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Choose what works best for you.
- Authenticate your Zoho Forms account to access your calendars.
- Select your preferred calendar from the available list, and choose the action you'd like to perform—add events to your calendar, or add guests to your event.
- Enter the specifics of the event and guest list, and you are good to go!
