Google Rejecting Zoho Mail

I previously had problems with return error messages from Hotmail and Yahoo, now today it started with error messages from Google.

For a business class application, this is hard to tolerate. What I would really like to know is why this happens. Do spammers set up Zoho accounts and their activity affects your legitimate users?
