Hello,

I have been using the Chrome browser and the google voice extension for the last week or so. All was working fine until yesterday when my selection of a phone number within Zoho CRM shows a SKYPE:+1xxx-xxx-xxxx in the status line. If the hyper link is clicked I get a warning box that I am invoking an external program (skype). I cancel and am unable to get google voice to work upon the hypelink.

Any ideas why this might have changed in Zoho? Google voice extension works as expected in other programs...i.e. gmail, when a number is highlighted it invokes the google voice dial out.

I have checked skype and have deselected the Use Skpe to call CallTO: links on web.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
