Graceful Communication Route Required

Dear zMail Team,

I had reported an issue of block over here http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/weird-popup-and-or-embargo

Regarding this towards an elegant solution I have the following proposition. How about instead of blocking totally allow at least a few addresses like 'support@zohomail.com' to be communicated. That way, the account user id and other context-sensitive information which the user feels that might lead to blockage can be passed to the support team.

Currently the embargo is of blanket ban type and can not do anything except through the forums where only restricted information can be shared across right?
