Great System, A couple of suggestion..

Hello there,

I love ZOHO so far. Just wanted to suggest to have the option of using email templates also when emailing an individual contact.

And also, when using templates have the option to edit them right before clicking "send".

I noticed that now the subject and body are fixed so you can't do any custom changes for that particular mailing.
