Group and personal tasks and events

I am a newbie and downlowded VO recently. I have a question relating the use of the program.

The main usage I want to give to VO is organizing tasks and events for several members of my company. That is: assigning them tasks (related to calendar events) and set up a date for completion.

I want to assign different users of the organization several tasks/events from my admin account so each user logs in he can get to see this task and event on their personal calendar and task list.

Is this way of working possible with VO? I have tried all afternoon but didn't quite get it to work exactly the way I wanted...

Please help me!
