Group Email Question

Question, We have a small Club and we setup 4 email accounts so far, just for the Club "Officers".. If we set up a "group" with an associated email address, will all "officers" receive the same email sent to that group email address?

I am looking for a way to add an email to our website say for example: "Monthly Newsletter Subscriptions", ( newsletters@jacksonarc.com) so all officers will receive the request and add those emails to their list? is that possible?

Or how do I set this up?
