Group Email to Create Ticket
We have several people providing support,and we are all currently part of an email group (
Support@mycompany.com). This keeps us all in the loop on current issues, which allows us to pick up where another leaves off.
Is there a way for Zoho desk to use this group email to create tickets? Currently our Desk App shows our emails are not working because forwarding is not enabled. But Forwarding is not available for group emails.
What can we do in this scenario? Thanks for any assistance.
