Groupe Mail Account such like info@xyz

I read some older posts about this topic but cannot belive, that this is not solved jet by zoho!

How can I handle an info@xy mail account which shall be read and answerd by min. 2 Persons?
I dont want to forward this mail (add alias) to both personal account because I would like to take the advantage, that person A for example answers the first two mails and person B, can see that those mails has been answered and goes directly to the unanswerd mails?

I could do this with:
IMAP hosted on a external Domain provider, if IMAP would be supported
INFO User accout if Mail folder sharing within the group would be allowed
???
