Grouped Files are completely missing

Grouped Files are completely missing

I made a new note and suddenly all the other notes in groups in that specific folder had suddenly vanished, not in the trash or another folder, completely gone for good,  even on the web version. What happened and please how can I get these files back they contained years of work I need them back as soon as possible.
