Grouping Groups in a Report

HI,

Using ServiceDesk Plus and Zoho Reports.

I'm trying to create a report where I can get a percentage of requests that were answered by my Helpdesk and a number of groups that they transfer requests to.

My final outcome would be something like this:


Month        Group             Percentage to 100
May 2016   ITHelpDesk     25
                 Others            75

Where Others would be a group of other groups in ServiceDesk.

How can I create the Group of Groups to calculate this?
