I am attempting to make a user filter with the following values as options for the "combo selection"- 62, 65, 66, 67, 68, 94, 99. For all intensive purposes 65, 66, 67, 68 are the same and 62, 94, 99 are the same.

Is there a way to group these same values together so with one click you can filter to either the  65, 66, 67, 68 group or the  62, 94, 99  group?
