We are thrilled to announce the release of the Resume Harvester feature in Zoho Recruit, available starting today. This tool is designed to streamline your recruitment process by automating candidate searches and sourcing across multiple job boards, helping you find candidates passively and save valuable time.

What is Resume Harvester?

Resume Harvester is a feature in Zoho Recruit that lets recruiters search and import candidate profiles from across multiple job boards at once. It also includes a way to automate candidate sourcing, allowing recruiters to specify criteria, which they can then suspend or clone.



Availability

  • Plan: Professional & Enterprise (including Zoho One and PeoplePlus).
  • Edition: Corporate HR & Staffing Agency.
  • Permission(s) Required: Source Boosters.
  • Search Limits:
    • Professional Plan: 50 active auto searches at one time.
    • Enterprise Plan: 100 active auto searches at one time.

Manual Search

The Manual Search option allows recruiters to search for candidates from multiple Source Boosters simultaneously. This feature simplifies the talent sourcing process, making passive hiring more efficient.


 
Recruiters can specify details such as job titles, keywords, and locations, and Resume Harvester will fetch relevant candidates from the selected job boards. The search results are organized into sub-tabs for each job board, which makes it easier to view and compare candidates.

Auto Search

This automated function of Resume Harvester further enhances efficiency by finding and adding candidate profiles that meet specified criteria.

Recruiters can set parameters like job title, location, experience, and required skills, along with advanced criteria such as expiry dates and candidate limits. Once configured, the auto search runs continuously, adding top candidates from the selected job boards until the set limits are reached.


This not only saves time, but also ensures a steady inflow of potential candidates without manual intervention. Notifications alert recruiters if there are any issues, such as permission or login problems, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted recruitment process.
