Half day and attendance

Hello,

I'm little bit disapointed, when a employee leaves for a half day, he should work for 4 hours (based on 8 hours for a day of work, with Lenient Mode (Expected Hours))

The problem is that the attendance will show a deviation time for 4 hours. It shouldn't do that.
If employee works 8 am to 1 pm and leaves for the afternoon, it should shown "1 hour" overtime and not shown "3 hours of deviation time. (still based on 8 hours of work)
