Half day working on Satuarday setting

Half day working on Satuarday setting

Dear all , 
Our company is working from monday to friday : 8 to 5pm and saturday from 8 to 12
We create 2 shifts ( shift based ) : A from monday to friday : 8 to 5 ( with sat and sunday are holidays )
and B for saturady ( with mon to friday and sunday are holidays ) 
And Shift rotaion : weekly , Staturday everyweek, span from sat to friday, from shift A to B
and another Shift rotation : weekly, Sunday everyweek, sapan from sunday to sat, from shift B to shift A

I still not catching the setup of Zoho People . so after setting this, the there are still no shift rotation happens at all .
So help me on what is wrong ?
