Has anyone had luck associating a live form with a Squarespace form?

Has anyone had luck associating a live form with a Squarespace form?

I'm starting to learn and implement marketing hub as it's now been out for a while and seems like a nice Zoho application. Has anyone been able to inject the web assistant code into a Squarespace website and associate a live form for their stock forms? 

For now, I created a Zoho from and embedded the JS code, but I would prefer to use their forms as they look better and fonts, colors, style already match the rest of the site.
