I'm new to Zoho People. I've tagged a number of skills to my user with associated rating on 0-4 scale. I've enabled the Analytics module, in the hope of being able to produce some reports which include these skills. I can see the Skill Set Matrix under Performance > Teammates does a nice job of this, but there's no configuration possible beyond filtering.

When I go to create reports in the Analytics module, the skill set is not available as dimensions/facts to be reported on. If anyone has tried the same and has any suggestions or examples of reporting done on skills that they could share, it would be much appreciated.
