Has anyone successfully used blueprint in Zoho CRM?
Looking for examples other than the "Deals" blueprint example in Zoho guide. Blueprint obviously has the potential for being useful but the chat line help was unproductive. I want to create a relatively simple workflow that runs from first contact with customer through quote, build, and delivery of product.
Does anyone have any experience they are willing to share?
