Has there been a change in compose email functionality in Zoho CRM?

Has there been a change in compose email functionality in Zoho CRM?

Hi

I have a series of templated emails that I used to be able to send fully formatted from the email composer in CRM.

Now, when clicking 'Send Email' on a single Lead or Contact, the compose email box comes up, but if I select a template it seems to remove all the visual formatting and just bring in contents of the email?
