Has Zoho abandoned the support live chat feature on CRM?

Has Zoho abandoned the support live chat feature on CRM?

I used to be able to get through to support chat about 4 out of 5 times I tried. In the past 6 months, I have probably tried 15 times and not a single time have I been able to get through to a person. I know sometimes it can get busy, but 15 attempts in 6 months with zero success doesn't make sense. And chatting with support through email takes days, if I even get a reply. Now, the Chat With Us button under Need Help doesn't even open a chat window. Has this feature been abandoned?
