Has Zoho made this change to annoy me with date/time fields?

I have a custom module which has a Date Time field in it.

Ever since I started using it, it was easy - I just typed in the time, such as 1540 and it would appear correctly as 15:40

Now, though, I cannot type in the time. I have to type in 15 then hit the tab key and then type 40.

Then, annoyingly the pop-up time picker which is in half hour increments remains visible, blocking the fields below it.

What have you done Zoho? You have made the Date Time field much more difficult to use.
