Would love to have a way to message someone within / about a particular task, contact/lead, or opportunity. For example, I am looking at a task assigned to my assistant to set up a meeting. I see that there hasn't been an update to the status for a few days. I want to ask her to update the status. I'd like to have an embedded messaging tool "#SandySmith, let me know where we are on this" (vs. using IM). I know this is adding "collaboration" technology into the CRM. Just a thought.
