Have a workflow stop if there is a response on a channel

So i want to set up a single workflow with both email and sms touch points, example could be marketing to leads, or appointment reminders.

If a lead responds back to an sms or email, i would like a notification sent to a sales rep for them to take over and to stop the automation.  I can't quite figure out the workflow to do this.

This is very easy to do in gohighlevel, in their workflow settings they have a checkbox
"Stop On Response
Ends workflow for a contact if the contact responds to a message that came from this workflow"

If this isn't possible in zohocrm, is it possible in another zoho one app that i can easily funnel the contact to?  I'm currently doing sms via a twilio addon from the marketplace.
