Have added something on the Zoho calendar at least ten times, and it does not show up. Help!!!

Hi, we use the Zoho Calendar for meetings, vacations, etc. Using the form, fill it out, and it's not showing on the calendar, no matter how many times I try. Had one of my co-workers give it a shot, she had no better luck.
