Have been on free plan for a year and just got notice my "trial" is expiring tomorrow.

Have been on free plan for a year and just got notice my "trial" is expiring tomorrow.

I have been on your free plan for the last year and Friday I received an email that my 15 day trial was expiring in 3 days?? I have a year's worth of info on this system. What is going on and how to I export everything before morning so I don't lose all customer information? I tried to select the Free plan and it defaults to my homepage.
