Have problem for using soho smtp

Have problem for using soho smtp

I have no problem for receiving soho mail using pop 3

But when I send email using SMTP, it's timeout.

I have filled in:
 - user name
 - passowrd
 - smtp.zoho.com
 - port 465
 - using SSL
But still have timeout error, is the SMTP not working anymore?
