Have two CRM accounts, one for each of our two users - want to delete one. Is this safe to do?
My business has several users of which I am one. I set up a CRM connected to my email but I never used it. My marketing manager (one of my Zoho users) set up a CRM connected to her email and this is the one which is being used.
My question is, is it safe for me to delete my CRM without affecting the other so that I can be added as a user on the other? The last thing I want to do is to delete the one which we are actively using.
I'm not sure if this is clear but I wait with anticipation for some direction.
