Haven't been able to Support Help re the following issues accumulated during the past 2 weeks??

The current Zoho CRM issues are as follows, 11-5-2014:

 

1. Can't get the QuickBooks synch to work -

   a. A security error occurs when trying to create a QWC file with Chrome browser.

   b. QWC file can be created with Firefox browser, however whenever the Webconnector is run the synch doesn't complete and errors show up in the log file .

2. Haven't been able to Import Tasks with the csv file migration tool. An error ALWAYs occurs when import is attempted and a re exclamation point shows up in the Import History file.

3. Haven't been able to delete a list name in Account screen.
